All Arizona residents must pay the current Mesa, AZ sales tax rate of 8.30%.
Shipping Policy
We currently ship only within the United States. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days unless an item is out of stock. If an item is unavailable, we will notify the customer before continuing.
Domestic Shipping
Standard orders are shipped through USPS First Class or Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery window of 2 to 5 business days after shipment. Larger or heavier orders may be shipped through FedEx Ground, which typically delivers within 1 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
Printful Orders
Some products offered on loteriaslam.com are fulfilled by Printful. When an item is produced and shipped by Printful:
Printful manages the printing, packaging and shipping process. Printful shipments may follow different timelines than items shipped directly by us.
Tracking information will be provided when available. Printful may use USPS, FedEx or other carriers depending on the item, location and shipping method. Because Printful handles fulfillment independently, split shipments may occur if an order contains both Printful items and items fulfilled by Sun Run Media LLC.
Domestic Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on package weight, size and delivery address. Printful items may include separate shipping fees determined by Printful’s fulfillment system.
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee the quality of our products. If an item has not met expectations, it may be returned for exchange, refund, repair or store credit.
All returned items must be in new condition with all tags attached. A Return Authorization Number is required before shipping any return. Returns must be initiated within 10 days of purchase.

Printful Returns
Items fulfilled by Printful have specific return guidelines. Printful generally accepts returns only for misprints, damaged items or fulfillment errors. Returns due to size, preference or buyer’s remorse may not be accepted.
If a Printful item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos so we can file a claim with Printful on your behalf.
Lost or Stolen Shipments
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be found, please contact the carrier directly:

If you believe your order was lost or stolen, file a claim with the shipping carrier so an investigation can begin. They will provide a claim or tracer number, which should be kept in case additional information is needed.
No replacements or refunds can be issued until the carrier completes their investigation.
If theft is suspected, filing a police report is strongly recommended. Lost or stolen packages must be reported within one month due to carrier policies.

Returning Items by Mail
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for all returns. We cannot accept COD shipments or courier-only deliveries.
